After a tearful goodbye to our brownest Viking Jenna we peaced out of Indonesia ourselves and flew to Phuket. We needed to get out of the country because our visas were about to expire and it costs $200,000IDR a day over your expiry date. So we booked our tickets from Denpasar to Bangkok then to Phuket.

We got into Phuket at 11:30pm and after collecting our bags we went to get a cab to our hotel. That was a bit of a scene as the price started at $1200B (its $1CDN - $30B). I asked why it was so expensive and she took my $1000B and gave me $700B back...apparently i confused her too! We got to the Old Town Phuket hostel at about 1am. The door was locked and there was a sign that said no rooms available. We called this number on the door and rang the buzzer for 30min. Finally a guest unlocked the door for us and we decided to sleep in the office. About 30min later a girl did the same thing we did and we searched the hostel for an empty room. The 4 of us slept in an empty room for the evening! The next morning we got our money back which was really good.

We ended up staying a full day in Phuket town to organize our future plans. Here is what we figured...
1. We are all flying back to Bali on Jan 16th
2. Jordan is peacing out
3. He will coincidently be on the same flights as mom
4. I am hopefully going to Sumatra to see Orangatangs.

We are currently sitting on Ko Phi Phi and are going to stay here for a few days. We're trying to get in as much beach time as possible before I'm left to my own company and we all hit a more western culture.
